1. Mode Selection:

   • Select Auto Mode or Manual Mode from the control panel.

2. Door Opening:

   • Open the loading door and place empty jumbo bags inside the compactor chamber.

3. Door Closing:

   • Close the door securely to activate the safety interlock.

4. Start Operation:

   • Press the start button to initiate compaction.

   • In auto mode, the system runs automatically.

   • In manual mode, the operator can control the operation through push buttons.

5. Compaction Process:

   • The compactor screw presses and compresses the bags.

   • Continuous loading and compacting until the system stops or reaches the desired limit.

6. Stop & Bag Removal:

   • Open the discharge door and remove the compacted bale for disposal.

• Auto Mode:

  • Starts automatically once the door is closed.

  • Stops once the set compaction cycle is complete.

  • Safety interlocks prevent accidental door opening.

• Manual Mode:

  • Operator can control bag compaction manually.

The bag compactors employ a large pneumatic air cylinder to compress bags into a removable bin. Lining the bin with plastic bags allows transfer of compacted bags to a waste collection site dust-free

The main door, and a flapper door within the bag infeed chute, are equipped with safety interlocks that prevent operation of the bag compactor unless both doors are closed.

The Bag Compactors are offered in sizes that accommodate 50 to 80 bags, and 100 to 150 bags, depending on thickness.

All can be controlled from the Bag Dump Station's PLC or a dedicated controller for stand-alone operation.

And the machine will automatic weighing and filling 25kg, then, automatic unloading the bag. Then, the belt conveyor will transport the filled bags to the sewing machine for stitching the bag top.
