Fully Automatic Operating Flowchart for a Sand Dryer, Mortar Mixers, and Dry Mix Mortar Plant from Shree Guru Enterprises India, following European Standards:
1. Raw Material Loading:
Materials Input: Sand, cement, additives, and other raw materials are loaded into the respective silos or hoppers.
Automated Material Feed: The raw materials are automatically fed into the system through conveyors.
2. Sand Drying Process (Rotary Dryer):
Start Dryer: Upon activation, the rotary dryer is initiated to dry the sand.
Dryer Operation: The rotary dryer ensures that the sand is dried to the required moisture content by using heated air.
Temperature Control: The temperature and drying time are monitored through the HMI for optimal performance.
Dry Sand Discharge: Dried sand is discharged and directed to the next stage (storage or mixing).
Automatic Moisture Control: The system checks the moisture levels and adjusts the drying time accordingly.
Dust Collection: A dust collection system ensures that no dust escapes during the drying process.
3. Mortar Mixing Process:
Automatic Mixing: Once dried sand and other ingredients (e.g., cement, additives) are fed into the mixer, the system starts the automatic mixing process.
Batch Mixing: The system operates in batch mode, with the mixer running to blend the materials uniformly. The mixer can handle 500-1000 kg per batch.
Blending Process:
Input of raw materials: Automatically measured and fed to the mixer in precise quantities.
Mixing: The mixer combines the sand, cement.
Speed and Time Control: The motor speed and mixing time are controlled based on the desired consistency and type of mortar (wall plaster, grout, etc.).
Quality Control: The system may include sensors or sample collection for quality testing.
Mixing Completion: After the mixing is complete, the mortar is discharged automatically to the next step.
4. Packaging Process:
Bagging: The final mixed mortar is automatically conveyed to the bagging station.
Bag Filling: The filling system uses automatic feeders to fill bags with the correct amount of mortar (30/40/50 kg per bag OR 1000Kg).
Bag Sealing: Once the bags are filled, they are automatically sealed.
Conveyor Transport: Filled and sealed bags are then transported to the storage area or loading station.
5. System Monitoring & Control:
PLC & HMI Control: The entire process is controlled and monitored by a PLC (Siemens or equivalent) and HMI (Human Machine Interface), which ensures that the plant operates automatically with minimal manual intervention.
Key Benefits:
Efficiency: The fully automatic nature of the plant ensures a smooth and efficient operation with minimal manual labor.
Quality Assurance: The plant is designed to meet European standards for product quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Customization: Flexible plant layout (Horizontal/Vertical) and the ability to produce different types of dry mix mortar (plaster, grout, adhesive, etc.).
Capacity: The plant can handle varying capacities, from 2 TPH to 60 TPH, with 100 bags filled per hour.
