1 Working principle:
One end of the V shape blender is equipped with motor and reducer, motor power is transferred to
the speed reducer by belt, and then transferred to V barrel by coupling. So V barrel runs continuously
and make the materials mixed by moving up and down, back and forth. This type of V shaped mixer is
suitable for case of good fluidity material, small differences materials, having not high requirement on
mixing effect, and having requirement on mixing time. Because material flow smoothly in a "V" mixing
vessel and won't destroy the material original shape, the V type blender is also applicable to mixing
easily-broken, easily-wear materials, fine powder, block materials and materials with certain
moisture content.

1 Working principle:
CMPR series horizontal double ribbon mixer consist of horizontal U-shaped tank, top cover with (or without) openings, single shaft equipped with double layers ribbon mixing agitator, transmission unit, support frame, sealing element, discharge structure and so on. Ribbon blades are always two layers. Outer layer ribbon make materials get together from two ends to center and inner layer ribbon make materials spread from center to two ends. Materials forms vortex during repeatedly movement and homogeneous mixing are achieved.
