The U-Type Ribbon Mixer (200 Ltr) is a horizontal batch mixing machine designed for uniform blending of dry powders, granules, and semi-dry materials. It consists of a U-shaped trough fitted with a double helical ribbon agitator, which ensures efficient and homogeneous mixing.

The inner ribbon moves material outward, while the outer ribbon moves it inward, creating a counter-current flow pattern. This dual movement enables fast and uniform mixing with minimal segregation.

All product contact parts are made of SS304, ensuring corrosion resistance, hygiene, and durability, making it suitable for industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and construction materials (e.g., wall putty). The non-contact structure is fabricated from MS, providing a strong and cost-effective support frame.

The mixer is driven by a motor and gearbox assembly, operating at low RPM with high torque to handle bulk materials efficiently. The machine includes a bottom discharge system (slide gate / butterfly / knife gate valve) for quick and controlled material discharge.
